Last night of '08
and man, was this a great year. I finally found my niche in Chicago. I have a great job, fucking incredible friends, and the best roommate I could ask for. I’ve had so much fun it’s insane. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my life this year.
I have no idea what 2009 has in store for me, but I have so many goals and aspirations for the coming year. Hopefully those goals...

Oh, really?
Today I would like to dedicate my hangover to Ryan Hicks, my manager, mentor, and “friend,” who decided last night to encourage me to CHUG three cocktails after work.
As you might imagine, chugging vodka-cranberries led to immediate inebriation and a late-night WhackDonald’s trip, the combination of which was thrown up the minute I stumbled through my door.

my parents have been spitting out the most insane “that’s what she said” bait all night. the best part is that they have no idea why my brother and i keep looking at each other and laughing hysterically. examples:
Mom: “Are you gonna eat that box?”

Mom: “You really have to scrub that to get it clean.”
